I got my tires cut i used a dremal multi max and the flexable scraper attachment it's pretty sharp and will slice through them like butter not sure what the multi max cost got it as a christmas present just thought this might help someone out :D

i cut my v treads with a wood chissel and burns a matic didnt turn out pretty like most but hold air and do the same job
