no not yet, i went up to dave's, but it was just to buy some mill tooling off of him... I think i might just order a head and blades for my uncles ideal 125 groover and use that instead of tieing up dave's cutter... i haven't had any time, jsut started a new job 3 weeks ago and i have school 4 nights week :( :(

Cut them like I told you, its a night and day difference. Afterburnt said we can use his cutter. Bring them over and we will get it done. It shouldn’t take long using a good cutter. We could even cut and grind the side walls so they look like my boggers if you want.

how much did you cut off the boggers? i want to do mine but i dont want to ruin a sidewall if i go too deep

wow! that looks like a little much to cut off... i dont want to have to worry about poking holes in my side wall.. taking them to the cords is a little much for me.. my old man still dont understand how i can order a brand new $300 tire and start cutting them up...

when you guys sharpen the lugs what are you using? i guy i ride with found a blade for a wood router i'll see if i can find out which one exactly but it works good... also i got a 4 inch wood cutting blade and put it on a grinder works real good for shaving down boggers but is very scary! it could take your hand off real fast or junk a tire even faster... i'll get some pics of the blades tonight and try to post them

The thickness of the side walls very. Close to the lugs its about 1/2" and in the center of the side wall its a little over 1/8" then when you get close to the bead around 1/4".
