how tall does a 31 firestone actually measure mounted as compared to 31 or 33 mounted bogger

These were 32" when they were mounted on 10 x 15

It will vary depending on rim and tire withe. the closer you are to the recommended rim withe for the tire the closer you will be to the listed tire height. The narrower the rim the taller the tire will be. The wider the rim the shorter the tire will be. I mounted a set of 15 X 15 X 31" "V" threads on a set of 12" wide rims with beadlocks and they were 29" tall. The same rims with 15 X 12.5 X 33" Boggers are 32" tall.
