i have 31x15.5-15 i want to keep the 31 so whats the smallest width i can put on it the rim is 15' wide

i would say with a 15" wide rim you might get a 14.50 on it but i would not try it unless it was a beadlock imo.chad :mrgreen:

imo if u want to go to a smaller tire your going to need smaller rims. if not you'll have troble keeping it on the bead plus your going to lose height because the side wall are stretch out so wide. but i'm far from knowledgable on this that's just mo

Tire that size will work great on a set of 15x14 Welds beadlock wheels with 5" backspacing, if you go narrower like a 12" wide, it will act like a balloon and the tires will not give you traction as well as the 14" wide wheels would.

I ran mine on 12" steel wheels until I could get some aluminum 14" wide,,,next step beadlocks,,,santa :roll:
