I am looking for some opinions as to what tire and size to choose for the buggy I am building. I am running 2x3 arms with a turbo 2.3 engine and 6 rib trans. The buggy will be used on both street and in the woods. I am looking for the best tire for both. I am thinking a 33x12.5x15. I have thought of Goodyear MT/R, Pirnelli Jones Dirt Grips, MT Baja Claw, Swaper TSL Radials, and even Boggers. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Agreed, can't run Firestone's on the street and if you could they wouldn't last long.

I say if you can swing it, 2 sets. One set cut and ready for trails and hills and onc set that looks good but wears and runs well on the street. Then the beadlocks can be saved for the woods without anyone making a big deal about them on the street.

my problem was always after 1 ride in the woods in my street buggy you could'nt hold it in the road.Every thing on it was bent, warped,or just broke. So take your street buggy put some 18x33 Mickey Thomson fats street tires on it and have fun :D
