I finally got them done. The original weight of the 35x14.5x15 boggers new was 74lbs. After cutting and grinding I got them down to 49lbs.
This was not an easy job. I started cutting between the lugs with the cheap groover. It was taking to much time so I borrowed Plumberbills professional groover, but the head was to large to fit between the lugs. I was going to quit but then Paul and I did some trading and he finished cutting between the lugs with the cheap groover. After Paul was done I borrowed Plumberbills good groover again to cut the side walls and Deans grinder to finish off the side walls. It’s not easy knowing when you hit the belts with the grinder but I hope they will hold up.
I am going to run them a few times and see how they do before I make my decision on cutting every 3rd medium lug out.
I wanted to thank Paul for doing most of the work, Plumberbill and Trent for the use of their groovers, and Dean for the use of his grinder. I ended up buying my own grinder to finish the job.

No thread inserts on duralights. Not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing
