I mounted the beadlock side and the tire was about 8” away from the non-beadlock side. The ether I had was more flammable than explosive. I went through an entire can of ether before I tried the carb and choke cleaner. This was the first try with the carb cleaner.

It seems the either we buy on the shelf is very week compared to the our fathers bought. I will definatly replace either with carb cleaner from now on, thanks Brad!

I found out that If you take out the valve core before spraying with ether, the tire will not collapse as bad. The air is super heated and then cools off real fast.

This is the easiest way to do them, but I would rather use a ratchet strap to mount them, I wrapped mine around the tire and tighten them up and take the valve cord out if the valve stem and push the air hose all the way into the stem and it will pop them beads on, that way I don't have to worry about losing my eyebrows or letting the tire explode on me if I happen to put too much ether in it, you will never know. Cool video you made on the instructions though.

Awesome video...brings back memories of a HummV wheel and tire flying through the night air in Ft. Erwin, CA...long story. Again, hats off on the video, more people should try to post them. It conveys so much more info than a description.
