been tryin to find a set of beadlocks here locally & online with no luck really... anyone running any Aero Race beadlocks?? Was cruising Summits site and saw em and they seemed pretty cheap. they've got 15x12 circle track wide 5 pattern with 5" BS for like $167. Pic shows a yellow beadlock ring and in description it says beadlock is included, I just wander if you can choose beadlock ring color?... Heres link to ones I was looking at

Snail,
Have u checked www.racingjunk.com, I am not sure of the kind of racing in your area but I picked up a rear set of alum for about $110 each with bead lock. The ones u are looking at are steal  .

Ive been running the Aero weld in beadlock kit on my rims for about 4yrs and added inner beadlocks 2yrs ago, Had good luck with them up until this past season, as the rings started to get beat up. All and all Not a bad deal. as they were only 50 per side. The BIG problem, Is that the rings are fairly thin, . The outer edges arent rounded at all, an if you run your pressure low, you will come to a big rock it will squish everything together and the ring with actually slice the side wall wide open right at the bead. Ask me how I know! lol I now have tubes in my 6yr old goodyears. Cant really complain about that though they've taken a beating. If you got a set of aluminum Rings and used with them. They would be perfect. since the aluminum is thicker, and has a bigger round edge, instead of the thinner sharper edge. You could however weld a piece of Round bar around the ring to stop the problem from occuring, I definitly would have, But i found the problem the hard way. Thats my experience.

I took a brake drum and my rim to a local metal fab shop, they cost me about $100 bucks. I got them made out of steal. They also pressed studs into the plate.
