 Post subject: galaxy v treads??????

has onyone used the galxy v tread tires i seen a set yesterday and they looked good just wonderin how they compare to a firestone they wasnt a 45 degree tread i dont know what they was

R1's? They look about like 23*. There's other china made tires if you search the web that you can order in that are similar. Where can Galaxy's be found? Look promising... We really need to start weighing out our options for tires, now that Firestones are becoming a thing of the past...

yea jeff i agree i found them on petestirestore.com or it might be petestirebarn.com but if that dont take you to the site u might can google it and find em i seen a set yesterday at the buggy shop and they look close to a 23 degree i think they was about $300 a peice but if they r as good as stones i will pay that

yea the stones is sold out i seen they have had them stones on there for along time but them galaxy tires hasnt been on there to long i think they maybe a new tire but iam not sure they look real good in person to i hope they r a good tire

firestone says 68 lbs. only 6 lb difference. just cut 6 lbs off :lol:

gateway tire in cincinnati has a tire exactly like the galaxy v tread 31x15x15...they are heavy mostly because the side wall is about a foot thick! you can cut them between the v bars and they dig great...the thick sidewall lets you run low pressure and they stay on rim and protect rim...pretty sure gateways price was a little lower last time i checked

See them on cl last week guy had 6 I think 480 each
I have never seen lugs like that. Them would be bad ass on a mud truck if you had the hp to turn them :shock:
