as the title says... should I go with the rh109 2.5" or the rh116 3" for sharpening my stones? Thank ya!

I ended up getting something off my buddy that Im gunna make work, but if you check out meyerstiresupply.com in akron, oh or alltiresupply.com or couple other tractor pulling sites, you can find them...
