would that carry an adult around? or could my 13 yr. old cousin handle it? |

It will carry an adult but only on flat land. I would say the 13yr old is too big for it. It's not torquey like a 4 stroke but when the power band kicks in it's intense. I desperately need to sell it but, I wouldn't want to sell it to someone bigger than what the bike requirements call for. |
