2002 model Haul-mark Elite II 28'-0" Toy hauler. The trailer is white and has been repainted with base coat with 6 coats of clear. It has a 20'-0" Awning, 7'-6" x 18'-0" open garage, a 1250 BTU coleman AC unit with heat strip, 250 gallon fresh water tank, black water tank, electric water heater, propane electric refrigerator (Dometic), 4'x4' Residential stand up shower, RV toilet, 25" Flat screen wall mounted TV, RV sink, RV 12V freshwater pump, 12V Deep Cycle battery with 120V inverter. The tires are 12 months old, it has a 12,000 LB electric tongue jack. The asking price is $8,000.00. Beds fold up against the walls, lots of open space. May consider a possible trade for a RV.

Just by say about 2500 lb empty. It weighs 3500 bare and with the living quarters and a buggy it weighs in at around 8500 lb well shy of the 10,000 lb max limit.

Read the thread above your post the weight numbers are included. I pull it with my Toyota Tundra with a 5.7 liter gas engine with no problem.

Damn 250 gallon water tank. That's 2000Lbs right there.

Where's the water an sewer tanks located?

I've been looking for a hauler. But none fit a buggy very well.
I did find a 30' keystone that fit the buggy but it was all beat up

The water tank is actually 80 gallon and it's under the cabinets in the front of the trailer the waste water tank is under the floor between the frame rails
