I shoulda baught the paint in quart cans. Used a ton of spray paint, lol. woulda been cheeper to use my spray gun. And figgured I better clean and paint all the metal while it was apart. Front weighs a ton now.

First load and 20 mile highway test. Towed great, no sway at hard braking. So happy I did this. Ok on to getting the buggy ready for wellsville.

It looks a little tongue heavy when empty? Maybe loaded the buggy evens it out. You did a nice job on the upgrade.

Fold away tongue jack will solve that issue.

My buggy trailer is tongue heavy but perfect when loaded.

Yep put a jack on it works great, Plus I like that I can back it up to my fence and drive it off the front. Helps when living on a busy street.
