If you go Water cooled later that cutter mount ought to be good for extra forward ballast. Stout mount dude

If this buggy was used in the mud, I would suggest checking the thickness of the tubing walls while you are reconditioning.

I recently found weak tubing walls that rusted from the inside-out.

1) Flip the buggy onto it's side.
2) Using a welder's slag hammer, tap around all of the lower tubing that was facing the ground horizontally. This is where water collects inside of the tubing.
3) Water also collects in the two vertical tubes that connect to the rear main torsion housing. All offroad frames eventually fail where
the frame members connects to the rear torsion housing (from rot).

Got everything done but the brake lines ran, doing that today, started it up with the new heads and carb and it screamed like a raped ape! But for some unknown reason the rear seal is leaking oil bad so I have to figure that out. Here are a few pics

Got to do my first cutter donut today..... it was amazing!!!! The only thing I have left to do is mount the harnesses, paint the rims and move the headlights down, then go get the carb tuned! Hope to hit the woods next weekend!!!
