Front inner bearing type 1&3,69-on #311-405-625B
Front outer bearing type 1&3,66-on#311-405-645
front wheel seal type 1&3,66-79 w/disc brake #321-501-641
This is for late model hubs.
Not sure this is what you need if you got wide 5 hubs.
Ou made need front inner bearing type 1&3,66-68 #311-405-625
front outer bearings the same.
Front wheel seal type 1 66-6/68 #131-405-641A
Hope this helps. Chad

Smitty, I did this before. I just took some of the 5 lug bearings and some of the 4 lug bearings and made it work, but I don't have the numbers. Im sure I used the bearings off the balljoints and the cups off the kingpin. Roller to cup angle might not have matched perfectly, but I never had an issue and I ran them on and off road for probably 2 years this way...

get a drum brake 65 and older type 3. they use the fat shaft newer roller beetle bearings and have that nice "star spoke 5 lug design".
