What do yall think? Me and a friend of mine just got done buildin them, they are 3x3s.

Maybe a couple gussets where the spring plate bolts is welded. What thickness is the tubing?

I think it is 1/4 it's 2/3 tubbing

If your going with that style i would weld a strap around or partially around the pivot bolt tubing, looks like i saw a few places around your bearing pocket that could have been plated to creat a gusset. If you want to make the 2X3 stoughter try getting you some angle welded on the front or back in the same manner we do our tree bars. Just keep in mind the clearance you will need for CVs.

I would say those won't take much abuse around the bearing housing,needs to have more bracing IMO.and maybe also around the spring plate bracket.just think they could use a little more beef.Chad :mrgreen:

These are about the same arms that im running now and they seem to hold up well. Thanks for the input.

We welded an piece of flat bar all the way around pivot bolt tubing, Will be running bus cv's should have plenty of clearence.
