Post subject:  king pin bushing help

i gotta replace the kingpin and bushings,last time i tried to hone the bushings with a diegrinder and sandpaper wheel,it worked but not the tightest fit in the world.what is the best way to get this done?

With the correct diameter reamer or a Sunnen hone.

Most good engine shops should have a Sunnen rod hone. To do this correctly both bushings need to be honed at the same time so the are both the same size and they are inline with each other. If not the will seem fine at first but quickly loosen up because they are different sizes and not inline with each other.
