Hey guys, Kevin asked me to put some build pictures on here, he is a good buddy of mine and Chad's as well. I have been helping him with this build so we can have another buggy in the gang, so here it is....

















This frame is a Stalker chassis that a buddy of mine was selling for a while and Kevin ended up buying it and it sure will look good when finished!

got a buddy with one of those chassis they are nice and seem to have a little more head room for us "overgrown" guys

by the way what kind of seats are those and where can u buy them at?

They are called JAZZ Turbo seats not real sure but i think i bought the last ones from Drews.We had 3in raised on the roof, alittle wider, and the sides raised up too.

The build looks great, but be careful with those seats. They look like the same ones we have in our buggy and I've got a real messed up back because of them. If you look and feel where your lower back hits on them they seem to have a bulge that pushes on your lower back. That thing hurts like heck and it has messed my back up over the years, if they are the same ones.

That frame looks killer I like the way the rear engine cage has extra side bars for strength and to keep it from getting all bent up. Was this frame out to Phils a few weeks ago? There was one out there a guy was picking up that was like a 113" looked a lot like it.

looks good,i agree with kathy on the seats,alot of the new poly seats have this spot right in the lower back area and it does the same thing to me,hurts after riding all day.thats why i went to suspension seats.and i think anybody thats building a buggy should take a good look at plumberbills wreck and think about what would help keep that windsheild from collapse back.us overgrown guys (i like this wording lol.) dont have much room to work with but it could save you in the long run.keep us posted on the progress.chad

whats a frame like that fully welded running i am a fan of the beeline chassis but really like those ones to im thinking if i get some nice overtime this summer trying to get one for a winter project just about got all the good parts i need just need a good frame now

Ive always tucked 2 to 3 inches of dense foam padding behind my seat cover to fix that. I used to bruise my back. The foam is a dream....

i was kind of close haha

never tried it but someone told me put on a heavy jacket, take a heat gun or two and heat up the back of the seat, jump in and push yourshelf back into seat to mold it to your back. like i said i never tried this. heard about it after i sold my new seats after 15 min. on the trail for less than half price. was glad i took my old ones with me.

He got the motor and tranny in and im getting ready to do the tree bars. Got alot of parts from Drews the other day.

Treebars are on, powder coat material is paid for. WON'T BE LONG NOW.

We have completed welding on frame. It has been dropped off for POWDER COAT.
