While I was waiting for the Pilot frame to come back from the powder coater I worked on the Woodsbuggy. Here are a few of the mods.

I have decided to seperate my front brakes from the main pedal. I still need to run the brake line. Here are the Pics of the new front brake setup:






I typically bend the front beam thru the cource of a season. I have straightened it out however the metal memory plays against me so i decided to add additional bracing to the outer ends:
