Some of you know this buggy and who owned it.I tried to get this buggy a few years ago,but i did'nt work out.I want to give a big thanks to Larry and Dakota for giving me the chance to buy it,thanks guys. There is also a pic of my wheels. This is my first ste of Weld wheels for a buggy i have ever ownedand i must say that are much lighter than steel wheels.I have everything for it except for the motor, which all im lacking is a crank, rods, cam and p&c's.Hopefully i can get it done by the time Dakota gets his new one done and i can see it action for the first time.http://s231.photobucket.com/albums/ee18 ... ics012.jpg |

I gotta admit, I had a frog in my throat too when it rolled out the driveway on Bucky's trailer. Been a damn good buggy. We hoped he would not have to sell it out of KY, but you're a KY boy at heart n thats what counts. It aint your fault that fate dealt you a terrible hand and forced you to leave here and become a Buckeye. Drive it like ya stole it , Bucky, it will handle it! I just hope you ride this one at least a whole season before you sell it. |

Haha I hear ya Bucky. I sure love the way it climbs and drives. I know it's gonna be hard to adjust to the single seater. Sounds good though, can't wait to see it back in action! Like Dad said, drive it like ya stole it!! -Dakotah/koko |

Sounds like a challenge to me! Go on and bring the inline back down when you get it put back together. He's got a lot of seat time in that thing. I'll bet he'll slap ya around in his new buggy, then y'all can swap buggies and he'll slap ya around some more............with your own buggy. |

I guess im gonna have to break out the heavy machinery and go buy a WC Passat motor now, nevermind i take that back,i would'nt do that to a KY buggy,i'll just have to take my whoopin like a man and go ride around with Wes and Charlie. |

You know Charlie will make you PAY for that one! He's gonna ride you like a bicycle next time you come down! You had me worried for a minute with the crack about the Passat motor. You'd have a huge advantage then. Especially if you mounted upside down leaf springs under it and put in another steering wheel |

You know,i dont have any proof to back up a lot of TT,but maybe Charlie does need a bicycle after smacking all the those tree's around |

A little more weight loss, but not much, where should i drill 1in. holes in the hat on the rears?

Drill em in the side of the hat, the part perpendicular to the brake surface. That's where I'm doing mine. Do it on all four, save as much weight as possible! The cross drilling looks real good. Get that beast done! -Dakotah/koko |

how big are them holes buck? look around 3/8"? I gotta pull my rotors off to put in press in studs, thinking about drillin them up. |

| Post subject: | Re: My new/used inline buggy |
Yea, those are alot bigger than the holes I drilled in mine. Mine are about 1/4" holes. I think like 55 holes in each. There's pictures of em on my build thread. -Dakotah/koko |

| Post subject: | Re: My new/used inline buggy |
I went with a 3/8 bit because it was the only good one i had left.Im also a bit confused on what size motor to build,i have a 90mm crank and a 84mm.The obvious awnser would be 2500,but that would probably involve building a 16 rib,or build a decent running 2332 and run stock gearing.I might just save the biggest for for last, meaning 1 seater. |

I think you should give both of them cranks to me and put a saturn on the inline and a 2.2suby on the s.s. |
