sorry i haven't got the pics up yet but it is together and running now here is a video more detailed pics coming as soon as i can pry my self away from the buggy and spend a few hours uploading. I went with a 2004 cavalier not sure what model that was and i bought a delfi stand alone with harness from cbm ( if your building one of these machines this kit will save you time....money....tons of headaches it was a little pricey but let me tell you it was well worth it. got it on a Thursday night and had it running Friday night. If you have any questions feel free to ask I know how it was looking for info so don't be afraid to ask ill help with what ever i can! hey motoman. who and what is cbm and how much is pricey? i have an ecotec that i plan on installing in my buggy. im a gm tech and i may just play with factory controler and harness but will check out my options first. do you like the power and is it powerfull enough at low revs or does it like being wound tight? thanks. |

i like them motors they have the best of both worlds,they will lug real good and they do have some good rpms,,,its gonna be a tranny getter once u get some tires on it |

here is the site tw9294 (http://www.cbmmotorsports.com/index.html) ask for Bruce he is the one who helped me out real nice guy. I got the computer and complete wiring harness for a few dollars over 1,300 with shipping. The harness has all factory ends to plug directly into the factory sensors. It has two fan relay's, pc relay and a fuel pump relay. All you really need to do is hook up the feed wires to those relays and plug the rest of the sensors in. Very easy and quick. I have since talked to a few people that have seen the buggy and i have ran across someone who says they can re-flash the stock pc to work with the off-road application. I could check into that a little more if you would like. As far as power go's seems to have plenty i just got it together and only got to run it in a grassy meadow and of course the road to to test the wheelies. But i have large tires and i plan on taking it out memorial day weekend to trevorton pa to play on the coal hills so well see i guess. My friend had a stock ecotec last summer and it did very well on the hills he now has a turbo set up so well see how that works for him. |

If that thing is like my Grand Am GT 2.3l its got all the low end you need. High end seems good too. Mine running the stock ECU and harness trimmed up. |
