Looks nice

You might want to rethink the cutters. I have mine in the same spot and if I have a passenger I have a hard time pulling them. If it’s a big passenger they end up getting the elbow and I can’t steer as good. I’m going to cut the handles on mine and point them up close to the shifter.

Also you might want to take some extra beam clamps and brace the beam further out. I have seen 4 buggys bend their 6” wider beam hitting a tree. Sorry about my graphic skills.

Looks good! I'm with Hilaholic on the beam bracing. I would also brace the shock towers. I've seen some without tower braces and they shake like an antenna.

Not to mention water. My first Buggy came with a mesh floor and lasted one ride. The first water/Mud hole showed me that!

I ran mesh for years without a problem. Changed over to aluminum last winter and this winter I laid out a grid and socked it full of holes.

Do what you want with the floor its yours theres pro and cons to both. i myself have mesh so i can see through it while in a wheelie. just my .o2 worth. Same goes with hard tops its like placing a snow sled on top of your buggy.it will protect you from sticks but it will also help the buggy slide all the wat to the bottom.
