Will this cooler work better then a 96plate with a fan and thermo switch?

I would have to guess because I have not ran either. I have only ran a 72 plate with no fan but I would say its not as efficent as a 96 with a fan and a thremo switch .Rock had one on the buggy that the engine came off of and I thought it was really cool so I am going to try one .

Nice work. I like the frame color. The blue power coated parts will set it off nicely. Now all you need is a lot of Stainless steel lines with blue and red AN fittings.

I think the center mounted rear seat for the little one will be great. With the recent ice storm there are so many limbs and brush sticking out in the trail it's a pain. Couldn't imagine how it would be if someone had to sit on the sides. Being in the middle protects them alot more me thinks.

Looks great!!!

Your buggy is looking GREAT. Awesome attention to detail. Let me know when you get it finished and we can take our girls for a ride together.. My three year old saw the picture with your daughter and said that your daughter is her new best friend..
