Looks like you guys have been doing some good work on your buggies. It's cool to see a father and son both enjoying buggies.

My dad is basically done the frame, he is going to start taking it apart so he can weld it all up. Now he is just trying to decide on what colour to paint the frame!

His has a super diff and weddle gears so its decently built, mine just has a stock 6 rib for now. We really dont drive our buggies that hard so for a little 2.2 the stock 6 rib should be fine assuming I drive smart haha - heres to hoping anyways :)

Well riding season doesent open up until may long weekend (end of may) where we are from so that's kind of the goal, but no specific deadline. We don't attend events or anything and this is strictly hobby for us so it is what it is! Definitely a goal but if not, not a big deal

Well the cage is almost welded up - my old man has been working on the rear suspension, mounting his new 3x3's and torsion eliminators with his new airbags. We picked up 4 airbags, they are the 3800's from airbagit. It took him awhile to get them all mounted, they pivot at the bottom, angled with the trailing arm and are fully adjustable. The whole point of this is to be able to achieve any ride height he wants with any pressure he wants. He has around 20" of travel with the way it's set up (obviously limited to around 14-15" with the axle angles) but none the less pretty impressive. They have no binding or twisting at all thanks to the fancy mount. Tranny was also sand blasted and re painted while it was out!

Slow and steady! Next is flipping the buggy over to reach a few more welds and re do the floor with nice checker flooring, then on to paint and assembly 8)

originally he wanted to powder coat but at this point just paint, way easier for any touch ups or in case you want to add stuff.

I always thought a heater down in the front would be a nice addition, something like ones added to forklifts.

Typically we only ride in the summer but yeah if we ever go ripping in the snow or even some cold spring/fall mornings a heater would be sweet!

My oil cooler is behind my seat, on the cooler rides in spring or fall I run the cooling fan backwards it heats my aluminum kirkey seat nicely makes a huge difference
