Well its been a long couple months getting the frame and other parts. This is what I have so far. Jackle frame 98" wheelbase .120 wall tubing. Pretty much same as a warrior just a little bigger with more bracing. Madmike's suspension 4x3 arms, torsion eliminators, 6+ front beam 1x4 arms, combo spindles, alpha fab 2.4 ecotec stage 3 kit. Stock 6 rib trans, Saco magnum r&p. Still have to get shocks and fuel cell.

Fabricated seat mounts. Made the rear mounts so they slide into a U-shaped bracket welded to the chassis. As far as the mounts on the seat I ran a 1/2 threaded bar through the two rear mounts and used two lock nuts to retain it. The front mounts just bolt or pin in. Just so I don't have to take the floor down to remove the seats. ImageImage

Welded seat back tube & seat belt tabs. Next is transaxle mounts not sure what degree I'm shooting for yet. 10 degrees is two much I was thinking around 4 degrees. I still have good clearance on my ecotec oil pan vs engine bars.

Started messing around with the front suspension, pressed beam bushings in with all thread and a couple of heavy washers, reamed bushings so the arms would fit, assembled combo spindles, pressed bushings into king pins, adjusted link pins with shim kit, tacked rack mount gussets to the mount and bolted rack to the mount and used two big hose clamps to secure rack to the beam for adjustment, have to get tie rods. Because that's a super beam, if he bends that, he's got way bigger problems.

The beam is heavy wall tubing, I feel confident that it will not bend, I should only have to do usual maintenance. bushings etc.

does that beam uses bearing or bushing witch is better, what kind of ground clearance are you going to have. you did the 3x3 and the 4x1 arms drop spindles you should be riding hi with all that

My beam uses bushings, I think the bushings are better than a bearing in the beam, I'm not sure what ground clearance I'll have but will post it when i get to that point. I ordered my tie rods & heim joints today, so i can figure out where to mount my fox shocks, My rear arms are 4x3 yep it should set pretty nice, Thanks

Finished front suspension, steering rod, shock mounts, welded rack mount, bump steer is 5/16, ended up going with 5/8 heims with rod end adapters on the rack sides, international ends didn't have enough angle.ImageImageImage

Made trans mounts, trans is 5 degrees, got 21 3/8 sway a way axles, had to cut them to 20 3/4, got my 930 trans hubs&stubshafts from Saco, 930 cvs from madmike, shift rod is installed, top of bell housing mount installed, next is air bags, hopefully I'll have a roller by the end of the week. Looks good and that's going to be a smooth ride when your done... I agree, you bend that front beam you definitely have bigger problems.
