I recently went and picked up a new frame. Beeline built with extra goodies from their options list. Has "race brace" 10 ga. Floor, extra head bar, all 3 mounts for bus trans, tree bars and such.

Finally able to get some work done on it since its been in my garage for the past 6 months! Got my 2x3's on it. And a front end which will probably come off for another one. Want to grind off the old shock towers completely and make it look nice with custom shock towers to the front end instead of the frame

Im putting in a 2.2 ecotec, midshift 6 rib, bus axle and cv's, hoping for airbags to go along with the 2x3's, ill end up using the seats out of my "old" buggy, front end utilizing the front brakes (karman ghia arms and spindles) 86 chevy nova calipers on the rear.
Any input comments and concerns appreciated

This will end up being a 3 seater and the 3rd seat will only be big enough for my daughter

Make that third seat a full size seat. She is gonna grow fast! We have a regular seat for our daughter and we just put her booster seat in it and all the belts fit her perfect.

Ill end up using a teenage kid to ensure she had enough room for awhile. But there wont be enough room in it to have. A grown man in it.
Will definitely take alot of pics. I swapped my old frame, its fairly simple. What kinda frame you got aboone?

ImageImageI put mine in the center . Just seemed the safest place for her to sit . I put a short back fiberglass seat in the back then put her car seat in that seat . Now that she has grown some i removed the car seat and installed a youth size seat belt with the fiberglass seat

I can not see due to the tank more than the seat . I put small convex mirrors on the sides that helped alot

I was highly considering putting her in the middle. I'm not going to be getting crazy with her in it but I do want her to be safe to begin with you know. Anything can happen. Does your little one wear a helmet by chance? That's another idea I've been kicking around but I don't want the too much extra weight on her head swinging around

No ...she doesnt wear a helmet . She started riding at age 4 and i thought the weight of the helmemt would do more harm than good . I also knew that sitting in the middle she could not reach her arms out of the buggy while riding

Got some parts I traded off for awhile back getting bags, and got my mad mike torsion eliminators back. I won them @ the woodsbuggy hill climb in wellsville. Now I need limit straps!

And I am in agreeance on the helmet thing, I am putting her in the middle and probably some extra protection around her
