Thinking you could use a regular slave cyl mount, drill a hole and put a bolt through it in between the bolts that mount it... Or even if the heim is large enough, bolt straight into the hole in the trans.

I run that same slave cylinder, II would run a slave saver take the heim off and use the heim that comes with the slave saver to run the slave saver heim end threaded rod and get two nuts to put on it. Or look up the slave saver and get a piece of 1/2" aluminum and build your own mount drill/tap to the rod size that fits the heim that came with the slave saver. Cut your thread long enough to protrude through the back of the mount and put a nut on the front and back side. Use a grade 8 or 10. The heim end goes on the slave cylinder tranny mount not the throw out arm. All your doing is allowing the slave cylinder angle travel with the throw out arm to reduce stress on the slave cylinder seals and reduce friction at the throw out arm pivot pocket. Saves the seals and keeps the ball washer at the pivot pocket from seizing up and sticking and slipping your clutch.

I use the same one, I just use 2 rubber bushes and repair washers on the threaded part to give it enough articulation to pull the arm, hiem mounts to a bolt/bracket on the tranny.
