I have had several people asking about the build on my buggy. This was and still is a big challenge for me because of the ecotec motor. The idea was to build a buggy that had several purposes, first it had to be a two seater because Morgan stole my ss  :) next I wanted something I could ride all day with sxs comfortably and not get hot and last but not least it had to climb with my ss.(It didnt have to out climb it because the ss does all I need) Its not done yet,it still gets a new set of rear trailing arms and different shocks.I used the arms off of morgans old buggy just to get rollin. Some ideas worked and some didnt ,il try to explain through the build. A big thanks to Terry Fryer for helping me with the ecotec questions!!! And there was a lot.I will do my best to answer any question you all have. Here we go!!!ImageImageImage

very nice buggy!
I was amazed how well it hooked up considering how muddy it was.
I'd like to see/know more about the rear suspension

Buggy looks and runs great. Nothing like having instant power. How well is the power steering working thinking of going to this on my buggy.

so far it has worked good, its not quite as easy as hydraulic,it has a little more resistance i think, but the pros are key on you have power steering, no hyd lines or pumps or motors. i still have a hyd setup on the shelf from my old buggy.im going to run this all summer and make a decision this winter to keep it or not

Is that the electrical enclosure under the gas tank or is that a fuel sump ?
