Ended up with around 28° on the cv's ,
12.5 inches of travel , added limiting straps and poly bump stops

So I finally did some work on my steering after a year of saying I would. I'm really bad about taking progression pictures so I'm trying to get better lol.

I used 3/4 id sealed needle bearings and build custom clamps from 1" npt pipe. I really like how smooth it turns, compared to my POS brass sleave I used to have

Also put in a saco magnum rack and pinion and this thing is super heavy duty!!! My friend took a look at it and asked why I was puting a rock crawler rack and pinion on my buggy lol
