Jesse, I would agree that the AC has a weight advantage and climbs well, however the guy that won the majority of the hill climb events this past season was running a WC Acura 3.5 mid engine. So in a typical rail the AC is an advantage with lower weight, but the WC weight in a mid engine setup actually improves the ability to climb and allows for greater traction.

I have done a ton of hill climbing and most all of it was in the green rail above with AC power. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

think jesse meant at the hillclimb comps rock , and i seen a green 1 seater ac at the last hillclimb of the season las year put that 2 seater wc that had been winning the comps on the trailer , think he was from alabama or tn. , each type of buggy has its benefeits it certain cases ! :mrgreen:

check some history red, the same guy won the series the previous year with a a/c buggy that looked like it fell out of a tree top, driver means as much or more than the buggy and it don't hurt that them ky guys have hills that make anything ive ever seen in fl look like a piss ant mound, just saying 8)

Finally started workin on it. Got it all leveled up and sittin on the torsion gotta notch the tubes a Lil and start welding it up of course makin sure it's squared up first lol. Will post pics here in a day or 2

Tryin to upload pics but all I'm gettin is a stupid error message. Says cant get the photo dimensions. Anyways got the torsion tacked in will burn it all in tomorrow and burn in the other welds being the buggy was only pre tacked

Got the front end on. It was setup for balljoint the one I had was really rotted so I cut the frame and extended it 2" and put this real nice kingpin on it now I can finally roll it around. :mrgreen:
