OK do you know how those dbw pedals do in moisture. I don't plan on plowin through mud all the time. But I will be in it.

The sensor itself is enclosed. The connection is Delphi Weather-Pack. We've never run into a problem. We have guys running these in CORE and YORR off-road series without problem. The ECM's on most GM vehicles are mounted in the engine bay on the outside fender wall - they get dirt, mud, rain, salt, etc., wtthout issue... We haven't had an issue with them at all in adverse conditions. That's not saying if you submerse it in water or mud it won't fry! lol

Could you utilize your existing throttle cable and move the DBW to the rear in a box if you are worried about the elements?
Yes sir - I've customers do this and actuate the throttle pedal via a cable in a box...

Check Out Waytekwire.com also Why not use a Relay holder like these?
http://www.waytekwire.com/item/46343/MI ... ELAY-RTMR/Steve and TKM use those and we use them in our SCORE compliant harnesses. However, we don't use them in most production harnesses because it takes longer to build which equates to more $.
