first of all love the build but should the sump of the gas tank be faceing to the rear if low on gas and on a hill and a heavy foot will couse gas to go to the back and stall the motor or cut out just my opinion

Thank you. I thought about that too - good eye. I decided that because its a 15 gallon tank and I'll have a fuel gauge - I probably wouldn't be in a situation where I'd ever be that low or on a hill with low fuel at a point of fuel starvation...... But now you have me thinking lol.

You have to put in a day's work to get a N.A. Eco to drink more than 3 gallons of gas so 15 gallons is ballast for several days. On the other hand, when you put in the big injectors and overdrive a blower then it will be just right to fill with ethanol

That was my thought going in lol!

Great job on the dash. I know you mentioned paddle tires but are you going to make this street legal also?

I haven't had much time lately to mess around, but I have finished the wiring, for the most part. Just some small details to finish up.

Finally getting a chance to mock my coilovers and front suspension. Should have it all setup this weekend! Come check our buggy out at the Michigan Buggy Builder show! We're T-Minus 45 days! Yikes!

Shaun, thanks for taking the time to post the updates — wiring looks great! ...may I ask what all those relays are for? I only have one for the fuel pump and that's it. LOL

Could you utilize your existing throttle cable and move the DBW to the rear in a box if you are worried about the elements?

I am too concerned about the moisture, I am thinking of the ammo can idea, but was also considering the way. Shaun shows on the raw fram but build an aluminum shroud around it.
