Can someone tell me what frame this is? I need to change the rear brakes from drum to disc so I can get it to stop, the previous owner put all NEW lines ect. and it still won't stop let alone slow down! I have a lot to change and it will be street driven with some trail riding. I will keep posting here as I change things.
