Here is a few pics of what I'm working on. Enjoy and please leave suggestions. I know I will have to change the front suspension. The cheapo coilovers look cool though. Or least I think so. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Great looking buggy.. I really like your rear cage.. That will give you a lot of storage.. I also really like the front tires. What size swampers are those. I did not know they made a set that small. As for changes, the one big thing I would change is the front bumper.. It appears to stick way to far out and may get in the way if you are trying to go up or down something. keep the pics coming.. |

Those Swampers are the original TSL 28X8.50 I kinda though the same about the front number at first. But it only sticks out 7 inches past the tires and is 24 inches off the ground sloping to 20 inches which is the ground clearance of my buggy. Seems to have a steep approach angle. If it does plow I can whack it. No problem. Due to my custom fuel cell I can't put an x brace in the back. May do some more studying I can come up with something...oh well. |

I finally had to know how my front bumper adds up. After measuring I got a 60 degree approach angle. That looks fairly steep looking at the straight edge. Does that seem fairly steep to anyone else? It's not a hill climber, just a trail rider. |

It is all about your preference.. There are benefits to having a bumper.. Go with it and see how it works.. Only time on the trails will tell what mods need to be made. |

I got a few more things finished. Got the winch mounted. Headlights mounted and my cutting break handles fabricated and installed. Now I will start back on the brakes thanks to UPS ![]() ![]() ![]()

That looks like one of them wireless winches form Harbor Freight... If so do yourself a favor. Get a big switch to cut power to it. I made the mistake of sleeping on the remote one night and in the morning the cable was pulled tight to my front bumper and the winch never worked again. I did get to use it once before that and it worked ok. |
