im starting to think that the frame horns off the torsion housing gonna have be hacked off..looks like its not letting the trailing arms flex back n forth without rubbing n catching on torsion horns i think thats wat its called..looks like trouble waiting happen lol

Post subject:  Re: Beeline explorer subaru 2.5 build

i think im just gonna cut the trailing arm instead..where it bolts to the torsion elimanitor plate

Imageim not good at postin picts but anyways..see how the trailing arm bolts to the plate..and it has the couple inch lip..thinkn bout cuttin that off and makin it even with that 3 bolt plate..i was puttin the front end on and it wouldn set level on front end the one side rear trailin arm was caught in the torsion housing..which i dont have any suspension on it yet so it might not effect it any once its off the ground lil..not sure lol..

oh i see what u mean now firebug lol..just not sure how i could get metal bent like that..im limited to the tooling..unless u think a vice can make that bend lol

Post subject:  Re: Beeline explorer subaru 2.5 build

Use 4 pieces, still better then just one flat. One big piece for the base, two small ones for the sides and one medium over the top. The bent one is probibly stronger, but work with what you can

I have braces where you are looking at adding them. You just need to stand on the side rail and kind of slide in, its not that bad. And makes me feel alot safer.
