I got my starter on ebay new for 55

Also the rad hoses are 1 3/8 right or did I miss something

The 2 plugs I think one is air temp. The other crank sensor but where is it at on the motor bc I did not see it

The crank sensor is on the block behind the orig. starter location. On mine it had a 6" pig tail that plug into the sensor and the other end in to the harness.
The air temp sensor is in the factor air box assembly. It in the tube that attaches to the throttle body.

i think it is the crank one im missing the plug looks just like the air temp one just shorter pig tail. I have one round plug that when beside where the Knock Sensor is bolted to the block but im not seeing the one for the crank anyone have a pic mine is a 45 min ride away

from left to right. knock sensor,oil presure sender,and crank sensor. crank sensor is small and hard to see in this pic. its to imediate right of oil sender.

thanks mine must be missing I didnt see it

also do you have a part # for a belt i tried to get one but they said they didnt have one for just a the crank and alt.

And one more on your grounds in the harnesse, did you guys run them all back to the frame

from the factory my harness was grounded on the back of the block, my adapter plate has a threaded hole in it for the ground but my engine and adapter plate are a little different from yours

thanks for the Part # on the belt and also I had the crank plug I was miss the oil one THANKS EVERYONE 8) :D

Well had a short day today but did get the Rad. on and the Exhast if i can get the hoses for the rad and get my box made for the ECU im going to see if it will do some talking tomorrow :lol:

Well got the fuel lines in today and got it to fire up and it sounds sweet!!

I will have to post a video next weekend when I go work on it.

Also anyone thinking about the starter it works great turns It right over. 8)

NOWHERE near enough to outweigh (ha ha) the benefits of having one. :mrgreen: Seriously the difference with radiator was around 100 lbs.

yep I say about a 100 or less my buggy only sets 1/2" lower then with my old vw :lol:

I have not felt the benefit of the power yet but hearing it I feel like its the best thing I have done to my buggy yet :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

yes in the first pic its the box without paint and in the 3rd pic you can see the 2 pumps.
