Need to add a diagonal support to those tree bars so they dont bend up. I think

After seeing what happened to plumber bill a couple years ago, a lot of 4-seaters made sure to add more bracing..

On mine, I added a few more supports..
- Doubled up the top head tube
- Added a new rollbar at the drivers/passengers seats
- Added a additional Diagonal on the rear rollbar

When I tear it apart next winter, I will add some more..

Triangulating the front screen pillars would make a huge difference tbh if you're adding more...

I agree the buggy is looking awesome...

Boone..
I am with you.. that pic scares the crap out of me.. Especially since both of our frames are the same as Plumber Bills..

If after seeing that pic I think a lot of people has woken up and added some type of extra roof supports.a picture like that saves lives! Thank god it didn't take one for us to learn this one.add the bracing especially if you plan on hauling your family a heavier buggy and that much roof it would not take a roll over very well.and you never know when it could happen.Chad

Phil, I agree, we see it on all the rock buggies. Not sure why we dont do it? Might be due to how narrow our windshields are, and the view constraints it causes.

Dan, you did the exact same mods I did after seeing Bills pics, scared me to death.
