I purchased a new knock down frame today. I went after a Berrin Cruiser, but when I arrived all he had left was Warriors. He had a fully welded of each setting there, and I took some measurements. I decide for the diffrence in price I could add the 18", to make it a Cruiser. I have done this to a warrior frame once before, but lost that buggy in a fire. I plan on this being a fall winter project, when i am not coaching peewee football. I will post pictures along the way.

We live outside of Murray. We ride at LBL. Just got back home from there 30 minutes ago. We ride about every other weekend. I am not going to take any parts off my buggy until my other one is all welded up. Trying not to have any riding down time.

Since hurricane Ike took down part of my shop I have not worked on the new buggy. I finished our little league football season last week. I have been working on the shop ever spare minute since. I have increased my shop size on the rebuild. It will be 24' x76'. It want take long to fill it up. I am ready to start setting the new trustes. My old buggy is still raring to go, so if any one is riding at the turkey area on Sunday let me know.

My buddies have changed their mind somewhat......They are only wanting to ride on the 23rd, it is a Thursday. I have some other friends that ride there about twice a month. They LOVE to climb around the back-side of the bay.

The tubing is all new, it does have surface rust from sitting in my shop for a year. I have both a stick and a mig welder. I like to use the stick to tack. As far as the welds, they will hold. Right now I am just tacking it all together. I have built 2 other frames, and modified one other. Compared to some die hard hill climbing buggies it will be heavy, but I mainly trail ride. It will be light enough to climb any hill I want to climb. It will look alot like a stalker 4 seater when finished. The sides are taller than most buggies, that makes it look big.

I am assuming the square tubing is just for a guide? It will not be a part of the finished frame correct?

After 2 weeks finally got roof looking like I want. I had made up a couple different designs. This is the one I am keeping. I still got work to do to the rear of the cage, but it is a work in progress.

Thats an awful long roof. Plumberbills was somewhat like that when it buckled. Add a cpl braces like this if you were not already planning it. Just my $.02
