Nothing exciting to report. Wiring the chassis, fitting all the detail stuff. And of course keeping my customers happy takes a bunch, so sometimes not a lot of time for this. I hope to have it finished for the end of January, I'm being encouraged to take it to the World of Wheels Custom Car Show in Pittsburgh, show it off a little.

The Saco rack came with tapered sleeves for IH rod ends. The inners see more of a clocking movement and very little of anything else, where the outers see more of a radical movement. The IH rod ends won't handle the movement at the spindle only a heim with mis alignment spacers will work, at least for this application.

The 2010 Subaru requires a VSS (speed sensor) to operate correctly. Small Car sent me the wrong part, no one pays attention anymore and it's NEVER their fault, so screw them, I'll make my own. The VSS needs 5 pulses per revolution, I can do that, 5 evenly spaced 1/8" holes .032 deep on the flange of the half shaft. Then I'll glue magnets, south pole facing out, position the sensor and call it done.

Remote start, what remote start, that's for the flux capacitor, no wait, it's for the windshield wiper delay, no it's,.... it's,.... damn, cats out the bag. At least someone isn't just looking at the buggy porn.
Thanks Scott.

I noticed the 3 pedals + a gas pedal. How does that work? The buggy looks amazing so far!

Gas, back brake, clutch, front brake. I always run two separate brakes and I didn't have room for anything else.
Gonna learn to dance.

I used to ride Wellsville a lot. Great idea. Ever grab the wrong one in a panic? I would. Keep the pictures coming
