We've been working on Mike's rail. The frame needs a lot of help. Whoever built it used a lot of 1 in that was pinched flat at the ends and welded on. These of course cracked and broke. There were a couple of seat tubes that weren't fully welded. I don't have any pictures of the previous floor but it was badly cratered. A lot of the tubes had holes drill in them for various mounts. They were also rotting away where the floor was against them trapping moisture. We decided to just cut it all out and I redesigned the floor for a more ridgid chassis.
I still need to put the two front braces on the side in. It's also getting some new braces behind where the seats go but we have to wait until he buys some seats. It will be getting an x brace in the B pillar.
