I don’t like the layback fiberglass seats that are in my buggy now. I want to use some suspension seats so I need to raise my roof area up about 6”.
I like the flat top roof style of my frame. I have thought of 3 different ways to fix it. Right now I’m leaning toward cutting the mid and top frame section assy. off and remaking the vertical tubes between the floor and the upper section. I'm using a drop down style of upper beam mount so that will be easy to fix. This will also help with my tie rod clearance as that is my limiting factor on front end travel now.
So has anybody else had this problem and what was your fix?
