well my ball joint front end was shot so i liked the setup on the king pin for off road i went ahead and cut the top frame horns off and switched over to king pin. after completing the task i purchaced the empi long travel shock towers and installed them . now im looking at this think saying to myself man one light roll and there going to bend huh |

Depends on how/where you ride. I see no point at all in them for woods riding, JMO. Larry |

well i might be out of line or in left field but you could just do a beam without towers and then make whoops...that is what im building for mine... but i dont know if that is a valid option for you lets not forget that it makes your ride unique and more of a one of a kind... |

don't worry about it! If you roll hard enough to bend them that bad, that will be the least of your concern. If it helps, look at the towers I just built... I'm not worried about bending them, and they are way thinner than yours(lighter).

i use the warrior beam with the shock towers kicked back for coilover shocks. the biggest problem was the shock tower twisting. i added a piece of 1" square tubing to stiffen it up. your towers are for non-coilover shocks but you might be able to work something in. dont worry about your shock towers in a roll, pay more attention to your roof. some x-bracing would be nice.
