I'll start off by saying that the owner of the car on friday did not say that he and I were working on a deal.. So with that, on Wednesday I was at a friends house looking at some bug parts he was getting rid of. I call another(supposed friend) and told him what was going on. He took a lot(all) of his stock VW stuff. I was working on a deal to buy a car from the owner and told the supposed friend that I had not made up my mind. Well on Friday the other guy buys the car and posts it on another site. When I call him on it he said he would take 250.00 for it. He only gave the guy 150.00( the deal I was working). I call him today and he said he wants to think about it, he said he might want to take it to a show and sell it .. So the questions are..#1 BEAT HIS A$$. #2 BEAT HIS A$$ AND TRASH HIM ON EVERY SITE OUT THERE AS A BACK STABBING DEAL STEALING MOTHER F---ER. OR #3 BEAT HIS A$$ AND CHAULK IT UP TO NOT MOVING FAST ENOUGH ON A GREAT DEAL..??? Thanks If this needs to be moved to TT that will be fine. You wouldn't do that to a friend, buy it behind his back and then up the price on him would ya'.. Thanks Dave ( pissed about a deal )T

Lets set all Bullshit aside here and put it in perspective. You gave the Impression that you were passing up the deal and he went and got it. Not something I would do however you now know that this guy is not your friend. Move on. Beating the ass of a guy that has ZERO respect for your friendship would probably press charges and you will end up in jail. This is not the 60s any more. Hell I ended up with a record for just calling a guy out for harassing my girlfriend at the time. I did not even lay a hand on him!

i think this has happened to everybody at one time or another,it use to happen to me all the time because i would rather try and help someone who i thought needed something and would return the favor,,you know that think of someone else who needs it instead of the old i gotta have or before someone gets it attitude.well i learned the hard way also like you did many times over and now those guys when they need something i just say no cant help you.now if i find something out there i want i either make a deal or down payment on the spot and ask for time or whatever i need to do to make my decision correctly, but i NEVER go say hey guess what i've found for sale until i know that it is outta my mind as something i am trying to get.and maybe one day you will get to see this guy broke down on the trail and tell him you will be right back with the stuff help him,and then the next time you see him just tell him some a$$hole beat you to getting the parts first.chad
