It took me a while to realize there has not been a BOTM in a couple of months. Does the site need someone to run the BOTM? |

Depends on if it is reqiures any skills harder than just writing posts. |

I have not done it myself however I would venture say that it would require some Web page building experience or the ability to learn it. |
