I am going to build a buggy, need a rough idea how much tubing it would take. Looking to build something like the last one I built. It was a knock down kit, this one will be my kit. It will be along the same lines as this one (my last one, MAN DO I MISS IT!!!!!)

That is a good looking buggy.

I would get about 8 pcs of 1-1/2", 1 pcs of 1-1/4", and 3 pcs of 1" tubing. That is about all I used on my race car to start anyway

That sounds like alot, how long are the piece you are buying. The tubing I get locally is 24ft sections.

I usually order DOM tubing or cromoly which comes in "random" legnths from 17' to 24'. It should be enough tubing to build a buggy from the ground up, if you don't scew-up any bends
