I have now a badly cut front end (which i am replacing), a 1641, with a 3 rib, bus to bus, thing axles, thing stubs, and im going and cutting my tires soon. whats going to make my buggy the best hilllclimber/trailrider i can. i can spend atleast 1200-1400 on the buggy |

If your going with a bigger motor, then you should sell your 3 rib and buy a 6 rib. I just done that for my boys rail and was only out $200. What size carb you running? |

You won't like a 1915 and a 3 rib. Not enough 1st gear and not enough power to shift to 2nd on a hill. frankenbuggy06 wrote: I dont think my budget alows more than a 1915 if i stay a/c. & i REALLY like the way the 3 rib and 1915 is a ROCKET!!! lol. 3rib and 1915 = grenade with loose pin from my experience. I have 3 with a blown 1st from a 1915 |

i dont like the gearing of a 6 rib. i have a 3 rib case that can be turned into a 5 rib, or is said to. is that true? |
