We got a group plannin on going there before too long. Will let ya know exactly when. Gonna be at least 2 buggy's, a mini buggy, bunch of 4 wheelers, and who knows what else. I'm trying to get mine done so it'll be ready for it, working on several 4 wheelers for the same reason. We are in the gathering the toys part at the moment.

I work in Nashville with 3 other guys who all have rail buggies, they go over there a few times a year, including every memorial day weekend. I went 2 years ago and it was a blast... though I was a little nervous about the ATVs when coming around blind corners while driving one of the buggys... I had borrowed a yamaha blaster for the weekend... now I'm building a buggy for myself... due to be done in a few months.

TRAILS UPDATE

May 10, 2009

Trail closures may be implemented at anytime due to precipitation and soil conditions. LBL staff strongly encourages users to "Call Before You Haul" to check current trail conditions at 270-924-2000, then press 3.
Turkey Bay OHV Area and Trails are closed due to excessive rain fall.
Wranglers Campground and Trails are closed at this time.
Portions of the biking and hiking trails, including Canal Loop and Honker Trail on the northern end of LBL, are impassable due to the high lake levels.
Please use extreme caution while on any trail and watch for hanging limbs and leaning trees.
