I just looked IL up on trailsource.com and there looks to be a pretty cool place called "The Cliffs"

If geneva is by ST. Louis then hes about 4 hours from the cliffs its up by chicago other than that there are no legal places to take buggys in IL

geneva is like 30 or a hour from chicago

well then the cliffs would be a good place to go,they used to have a 98 decibel exhaust limit not sure if they do that anymore or not,
