Thats crazy. Never seen anything like that before. Have you messed with your carbs yet or are you still pissed at them?

Brad,

Don't forget to check your fuel pressure and make sure it's not to high. I think that is part of your overall problem. Not the clogged jet problem but the drivabality.

Having plugged idle jet probs? I fought with mine for 5 years until I finally fixed it. To make a long story short, the problem was in the fuel filters. I used a "sintered bronze" element (that originally was made for a chevy quadrajet- the kind that you un-screw the fitting and put the filter back

I'm still pissed at them. I grounded my buggy and made it stay outside for a week.

Yep that would definatly clogg your Pilot jets over and over. I suspect that the screens still let enough crap thru to clog them. It does not take much
