I saw this on another site I really don't know much about it.

Some dude launched his jeep off test hill and nose dived and flipped it on its lid. The guy was alright though....his jeep on the other hand....well youll see.

This happened friday afternoon memorial weekend.

They tried to drag it down the hill in order to flip it back over before the DNR got there but they didnt make it in time. DNR got there only to find that he had a bogus plate on the vehicle he had used for towing purposes only...so they had to call the cops and make it a big deal. I still dont know what happened to him but they were saying he might be cuffed and taken to jail.

I've been up there and see guys like him launch off test hill and doing the endo deal.
He's lucky he didn't end up like Uncle Fester and have his head shoved down even with his shoulders.
Good thing no one was down hill from this stooge or their vacation would end in a body bag.
That stunt was just plain stupid.

Silver Lake is a state park.
You gotta have all your ducks lined up (registration, plates, spark arrestor, flag, ORV sticker etc.) or you will get in trouble.
They can and will write you a ticket for speeding, reckless driving and if you are driving impaired, a DUI.
The DNR even checks coolers.........

Yes they do check coolers and orv's but they are also some of the nicest cops you'll ever find! as long as you are not being dumb they will treat you great.

Won't argue with that.
Got a bit of a history lesson from a DNR officer one day up there.
Pretty cool.
I recommend anyone visiting the dunes take the Mac Woods dune ride on the south end of the dunes.
Way cool and you get to ride on the dunes where you can't go with your buggy.
